By creating or using a ManPay account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
Wallet funding, bill payments, transfers and withdrawals are processed through supported Flutterwave services and are subject to successful processing, verification, limits, fees and applicable law.
Airtime and data purchases are fulfilled through Flutterwave bill-payment services. A transaction may remain pending while the provider completes processing.
Bank transfers and withdrawals require valid beneficiary information and may require account verification. Failed or reversed transactions are reconciled against the ManPay ledger.
ManPay does not claim automatic airtime-to-cash conversion through Flutterwave where the Flutterwave API does not provide that service. Any future conversion service will only be enabled after a compliant provider and verification workflow are available.
Two-factor authentication may be required. Never share OTPs, PINs or passwords with another person.
ManPay may update these terms or suspend accounts where required for security, compliance, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Use the support channel provided inside the application for account and transaction issues.
